Montreece Smith is a Director of Recruitment Operations for Allegis Global Solutions. In her current role, she's focused on the MetLife account.

With 15+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition – including 5+ years with Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), Montreece brings proven ability to design, lead and deliver best-in-class talent and culture strategies that align with the priorities of her firm, while understanding the broader impact of her results. During her career with Allegis, Montreece has kept her finger on the pulse of the operations, uncovering top talent across North America for industry leaders, such as Baxter, MetLife and CA Technologies - one of the world’s largest software companies. In addition to recruitment, Montreece leveraged her HR expertise to lead the Global HR Operations of a start up in 2017, Vyaire. The details of Montreece's experience involves: developing strategic programs, branding, process improvement, relationship management, implementation and execution. In addition, she created an industry-leading program, which drove business results; increasing the diversity of US candidate slates by 60% over three years. Montreece has built her brand and reputation as an HR and Talent leader through past experience with Mercer (global HR consulting firm) and Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson).

Montreece proudly serves as a member of the National Board or Directors, and as Chair for the Dallas Regional Advisory Board, for Per Scholas, a non-profit committed to empowering the under-privileged through technology training. She was previously recognized as a Black Achiever in Industry (BAI) by the Harlem YMCA. She was a featured speaker at numerous fine organizations, including the Anita Borg Institute, National Society of Hispanic MBAs, and the University of Southern California’s Center for Effective Organizations. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.
