Diverse by Design will host its third convening on March 29th at the 43rd Annual Convention for the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). The event will engage corporate executives, hiring managers and workforce developments professionals in a discussion focused on best practices to Engineer Diversity within the tech workforce, elevating intentional pipelines and systems of retention that strengthen a company's diversity and bottom line.

The NSBE Annual Convention offers an unprecedented platform for Diverse by Design as we advance a national effort to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives while building a strong coalition of companies and individuals committed to Engineer Diversity in their own organizations.

Diverse by Design amplifies and supports the NSBE mission, whose goal is to graduate 10,000 minority or underrepresented engineers annually by 2020.

In support of this goal, Diverse by Design is working to create thousands of tech sector champions who can amplify and help to scale the strategies that can cultivate tech talent and open more doors to transformative technology careers for underrepresented groups, including women and minorities.
