Forest T. Harper Jr. is president and CEO of INROADS. Mr. Harper joined INROADS in 2011 after 28 years at Pfizer Inc., where he began as a sales representative and advanced through increasing levels of leadership to his last role, vice president of Capability Development in Worldwide Public Affairs & Policy. Success in community leadership and talent pipeline development, advocacy and organizational outreach make Mr. Harper highly suited to lead INROADS in its mission: to develop and place talented underserved youth in business and industry and prepare them for corporate and community leadership.
Mr. Harper began his career after serving six years in the United States Army, 82nd Airborne Division, achieving the rank of Captain and selection as a member of the National Society of Pershing Rifles Alumni Association (NSPRAA).
Mr. Harper is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, the Morgan State University Foundation Board and the Forbes Nonprofit Council. He earned a B.A. in Social Work from Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD and attended Executive Leadership Training at Harvard Business School in Boston, MA. Mr. Harper is also a recipient of the 2014 Atlanta Business League Men of Influence award.
