Erika delivers change through technology solutions and strategies to investment services. She has been with BNY Mellon (BNYM) since August of 2004, and currently leads Client Technology Relationship Management and Client Engagement Technology Services.

She works on a variety of BNYM strategic initiatives and business development opportunities as assigned. The Client Technology Relationship Management service creates transparency for BNYM's clients. This includes how BNYM associates support client technology needs, the
user interface that clients use, and the system-to-system interaction between BNYM’s technology and that of the clients. Client Engagement Technology Service provides
automation for Marketing, Sales, Service and Relationship management capabilities for BNYM.

Previously, Erika was technology Program Manager for BNYM's Tri-Party Repo Reform program that went live on April 23, 2015. In this role, she created and delivered technology
solutions in support of BNYM’s Risk Reduction. Prior to this industry program, she managed projects for Government Securities Clearance, Prime Brokerage Services and Global Collateral Management. Erika has created solutions for commission payout, correspondent billing, accounting, data aggregation, wealth management, order management, portfolio management, clearing & settlement, asset servicing, risk management, credit, & cash management. She has worked globally with introducing brokers, institutional firms, clearing
firms, full service brokerage, insurance, proprietary trading and exchanges, CCPs, Clearing Houses, Exchanges and FCMs. She has worked as a developer, business analyst, product
manager, technology solutions engineer, project/program manager & software business manager.

Erika also co-chairs the BNYM's Women In Technology (WIT) Sponsorship Committee and works as part of the core team for WIT (Winner of Anita Borg Institute's 2015 Top Company
for Women Technologists).
