On October 24, Per Scholas and the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF) will host the sixth Diverse by Design convening in Dallas, Texas. The theme for the Dallas event is Women in Technology, and aims to elevate successful strategies that attract, retain and scale the success of diverse teams. Diverse by Design participants will join corporate leaders in technology, finance, energy, and social impact for an engaging and collaborative discussion focused on what is working within their organizations and where there are opportunities to strengthen and scale diversity efforts and initiatives. The conversation will emphasize the importance of intentional talent pipelines and systems of retention that build a stronger and more balanced workforce. 

Diverse by Design Dallas will feature ignite presentations, an executive address, and three breakout sessions that invite participants to collaborate, innovate and share best practices in small group discussions, a networking reception and an opportunity to tour Per Scholas Dallas.

The event will begin at 12:45 p.m. CST. The conversations will continue into a networking reception from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. CST.
