Daisy Auger-Domínguez is Director, Global Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, Alphabet where she is responsible for integrating diversity and inclusion work across Google’s businesses and expanding diversity and inclusion strategies across the Alphabet portfolio. Prior to this role, Daisy built a cross-functional, global diversity staffing strategy and operational plans in support of Google’s business strategy and diversity and inclusion mission to increase access to opportunity by breaking down barriers and empowering people through technology.
Ms. Auger-Domínguez's career spans 20 years of experience in front-line business, corporate social responsibility, human resources, and leadership roles across finance, media and technology. She has a proven track record of maximizing innovation and creativity through diverse and inclusive cultures. Prior to Google, Daisy was Vice President, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion at the Disney ABC Television Group and Managing Director of Executive Search Initiatives at Time Warner Inc. She launched her career at Moody’s Corporation where she designed and led the company's first diversity and inclusion strategy. A sought after public speaker and passionate supporter for building organizational cultures where everyone has access and opportunity, she has been recognized by LatinoJustice as a Latina Trailblazer in Corporate America and the New York City Council for her community involvement. Daisy serves on the board of directors of the Council of Urban Professionals, and as advisor to several professional organizations.
An alum of the Coro Fellows Program, Daisy holds a B.A. from Bucknell University and an M.P.A. from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at NYU.
